Now actually that one seems bit too harsh...

I think it would be better:

Correction wrote:If a user does not have 10 posts in a week, an e-mail will be sent to him, no posts as well second week... An email plus facebook message... No posts third week, harass him at school... And so on.

If you delete his account he will post even less! -_-

i agree witha alek 5 posts a week coz we wouldint have members . and we need more we have 20 or more but if we start deleting they wouldint recomend to others our forum
